Laura has been swimming for Hillcrest P.S and Northern S.S. schools since grade 2. She was captain of her high school team for two years and was awarded the MVP all four years she attended. After gaining a number of OFSAA ribbons and a medal she decided to challenge herself and join NYAC and ultimately swam in the National group during the 2007/2008 season. She has been a swimming instructor for the city of Toronto for four years. She is looking forward to an exciting new season sharing her knowledge and enthusiasm with a fresh group of eager swimmers.
