	Registration for 2011-2012
	The North York Aquatic Club is looking forward to another fantastic swimming year! Included in your registration package is information regarding the registration process, the 2011-2012 fee schedule, swimmer placement, and practice schedule. This information is also available on-line, including details about commitments and assessments, meets, fundraising, transportation policies, guidelines, code of conduct, practice schedules, the club model and coaches biographies. Questions may be addressed to Olga Macel, office manager, Monday to Thursday between 12 and 3 pm at 416 785-0430.
	Start Dates National group starts on Monday, September 12 all the other groups start on Monday, September 19
	Please note the following groups are now full: Intro 1 at Forest Hill CI Intro 2 at Northern SS Intro 3 at AY Jackson SS
	Registration Process Step 1 Print, sign and/or initial the following documents: - NYAC Competitive Program Application Form - Medical/Picture Consent/Credit Card Info/PIPEDA Form - Fee Payment and Authorization Form Step 2 Return ALL the required documents along with your payment, by mail or in person, to: North York Aquatic Club 2275 Bayview Ave., Proctor Field House, Toronto, Ontario M4N 3M6 All swimmers must have completed and returned all registration forms along with fee payment(s) in order to attend the first practice. Registration is due by September 4, 2011. There will be an Open House and Barbeque Evening on Friday, September 16, 2011 at 5:00-7:30pm at Wanless Park (north of Lawrence/west of Bayview) Map . The purpose of the evening is to introduce the coaches, to provide information about the club and programmes, to sign up for committees, and to purchase equipment, if you have not already done so. Everyone is encouraged to attend, not just new members.
