ABOUT THEPOSITION

As a key member of Swimming Canada’s Sport department, this position will work in a team environment to support the Senior Coach Paralympic Program and High PerformanceDirector in the areas of technical leadership, performance standards and NextGen swimmer coach development across the Paralympic program, and provide feedback and support to the Olympic Program when appropriate. The role will be the link between the Domestic Operations of Swimming Canada and the Para-swimming program of Swimming Canada and play a lead role in the development of athlete matrix, coach education and competition reviews.

 

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience of coaching swimmers to the World and Paralympic/Olympic level and of leading coaches, support services and athletes in a high performance environment.
