For the 2012-2013 Swim Season Miniphin coordinator We are currently accepting applications for a Miniphin coordinator for the upcoming swim season. The miniphins have two 10 week sessions commencing in the fall and winter. There is also a spring session which lasts approximately 8 weeks. The coordinator would be on deck Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 4-6 p.m. during the miniphin swim times. Duties include: 1. Observation and coordination of all Miniphin swim coaches. This would include scheduling and ensuring program delivery is effective. 2. Liaise with parents of the Miniphin groups making sure feedback is available when needed as well as keeping parents up to date on all swimming activities and progress. 3. Registration go to person. Collects checks for registration, late registration, and ensures all swimmers have their paperwork properly completed. 4. Coordinate all Miniphin instructor evaluations. 5. Ensure all Miniphin report cards are completed and delivered to parents. A total honorarium of $1250 accompanies this position payable twice per season: $500 at Christmas and the remaining $750 at the end of the spring session.
