HEAD COACH POSITION

Terrace Blueback Swim Club is seeking a Head Coach for our growing swim program.  Throughout the years we have serviced Terrace, and Thornhill, BC for competitive and non-competitive swimming programs.

QUALIFICATIONS

NCCP Level 2 (experienced Level 1 considered)

Prior Head coaching experience an asset

Ability to execute a competitive and non-competitive technical program

Experience with Hy-tech software

Ability to communicate well with Board, Parents and Media

RESPONSIBILITIES

Develop b competitive and non-competitive technical programs

Leadership of Swimmers and Assistant Coaches

Develop a fun and character building program that lends to the recruitment and retention of new and existing swimmers.

Maintain administrative duties as well as monthly reports to club

Travel with the club to meets
