    The Eels swim club is seeking a enthusiastic, dedicated, Imaginative Head Coach.
    The Eels train in a 25 meter 4 lane pool.Our club had 43 swimmers last year. The club has swimmers in all groups from beginners to provincial level.Club practice is Monday to Friday, and sometimes on Saturday.

Duties will be:

Develop an successful Winter Swim Club for all ages.
Develop the club in a wide training and providing training camps.
Head Coach will need to attend all swim meets if club is participating in the event.
Communicate to President of club and Board of Directors at monthly meetings. Head Coach will also communicate to local newspaper on club events.

Qualifications:

1: Have level 1 NCCP and working on Level 2
2:Clean Criminal record check
3:Knowledge of Hy-Tec Team Manager
4:Knowledge in all technical aspects of competitive swimming
