Toronto Triathlon Club is looking for an experienced and enthusiastic swim coach for their upcoming morning masters swim sessions. The time is 6:30-7:45am Tuesday and Thursday's at Regent Park pool. We are looking for a candidate that is familiar with swimming for triathlon, as well as who as a good emphasis on technique improvement. The candidate is required to plan all swim workouts and be present for all workouts, however should also be able to provide a back up coach in times of absence. The position initially runs from January 2013 until the end of June 2013. Upon completion there maybe opportunity to continue with the open water program as well as for the following season or at other pools. Toronto Triathlon Club is Toronto's largest triathlon club with over 200 active members. Please email training@torontotriathlonclub.org with a professional resume and intent. The ideal candidate will: - Have previous coaching experience: - Be passionate about swimmming and triathlon: - Posses a current NCCP Fundamentals Coach (Level 1) or higher; - Know how to plan daily/seasonal workout and swimming programs for multiple age groups and abilities; -Will work with our current coach so our programs are similar between all swimmers
