
Hans Witolla, Head Coach
Education: BA, Political Science, McMaster University, Level III Coach
Experience: 25 years coaching experience, has coached numerous athletes to
Regional, Provincial & National teams. Hans loves swimming, cross country
skiing, mountain biking. He enjoys spending time with his teenage son & his dog.
Hans believes that “the journey is just as important as the destination.”

Coach with 10 Years Coaching Experience.
Timmins
Marlins Head Coach, coaching several Provincial Champions and
three National Medalists. Spent 2003/04 season mentoring with
Olympic Coaches Bud McAllister and Dean Boles at the
Kitchener-Waterloo National Swimming Center. During his
mentorship he coached every level of swimmer; Age Group,
Varsity, National, International and Paralympic. Two of the
swimmers he personally coached every day represented
Canada at the 2004 Paralympics in Athens.

Has
recently been married and enjoys fishing, football and
swimming.
Cameron
Charlton-Novice Coach
Cameron
has been in competitive swimming for over 20 years. He began
swimming at the age of 4 with the Aylmer Optimist Arrows,
until 1992 when he moved down the road to the Tillsonburg
Aquatic Torpedoes (Now called South-Western Aquatic). In 1999
Cameron accepted a full scholarship and moved south to the USA
, where he swam for George Mason University in Fairfax
Virginia . A Cum laude graduate in 2003 with a BSc in
Business Management, Cameron moved to Waterloo Ontario to swim
for Bud McAllister at one of the National training centres,
where he retired at the end of the 2003 season. Some career
highlights are finalist at the FINA World Cup, US Open, over 7
NCAA Colonial Athletic Association Conference medals, top 50
ranking in the NCAA, multiple varsity swim records at GMU,
multiple Canadian and American national finals, and a bronze
at Canadian National Championships in the 200 breast. Now
swimming with the Brantford Masters Swim Club, he is a
Canadian Masters record holder in the 50 breast. Cameron is
an Agriculture Account Manager for TD Canada Trust, and
currently resides in Paris Ontario with his wife Beth.
