Equipment Cupboard It's a great time to review our uniform
policy so that everyone can show up at swim meets looking
like the BAC Team.
NOVICE AND PREPS
1st and 2nd year: BAC cap
(white), suit & t-shirt
AGE GROUP
3 & 4: BAC cap (blue),
suit, t-shirt, shorts, hoodie
(Optional: Warm-up suit)
5, 6 & 7: BAC cap (blue),
suit, t-shirt, shorts, hoodie, warm-up suit
(Optional: BAC Parka if
at, or above Provincial level)
SENIOR
Intermediate: BAC cap
(blue), suit, t-shirt, shorts, hoodie
Senior Devo and Elite: BAC
cap (blue), suit, t-shirt, shorts, hoodie or parka, warm-up
suit
(Optional: BAC Parka if
at, or above Provincial level or BAC Hoodie)
Most things are in stock at the moment so it would be a
great time to check that swim bag to see what is needed.
Team bathing suits should
be worn at swim meets only, then rinsed in warm soapy water
to help extend the life of the lycra suit. If taken care of
properly, they should last the season. If the suit is
starting to show signs of wear, start thinking about
replacing it now or you will be unpleasantly surprised at
the next meet when the suit is see through (been there!).
Training suits made of
polyester, are available by special order and fit slightly
larger than the team suits. These will last until the
swimmer grows out of them and are well worth the price if
your swimmer is in the pool two or more times a week.
I am changing my order
dates for Team Aquatics to the beginning of each month for
those that need special items. Otherwise, just give me a
call or email, for team items that are in stock.
