The entire session must be worked for it to be counted against your working
commitment. The session must be worked by adults or senior swimmers after
taking level one clinic for timers. We need 6 runners for each session,
however they cannot be counted against your working commitment.
To ensure that all families do their share of
work, we require a “non-participation fee”. This fee will be in the form of
three post-dated cheques.
These cheques will be cashed if you do
not fulfill your commitment at the respective meet. This fee
cannot be altered to result in a lesser work commitment. There should be no
additional cost to any family who does their share of participation.
Parents shall supply some food at Major Meets. Since all swim meet officials
are volunteers, every meet supplies food for these officials and coaches between
sessions
