Competitive Lifesaving

Competitive lifesaving is much like competitive swimming, except that there is equipment used in the races and there are also “situations” which are mock emergencies that the teams must assess and treat. Each event is scored separately with individual awards presented. Team results are tallied from individual results at the end of the competition.
