The meet information and sign-up sheets on the pool bulletin boards shall remain the first source of information. Any questions regarding upcoming meets shall be directed to the coaches, not to the hosting club or the website administrator. If the coaches feel there is important information regarding upcoming meets that swimmers and parents need to be made aware of, that information will be relayed by the coaches in a timely fashion.
