Hello Swimmers,
The results for the group after the short course swimming season were on target, with some good swimming too.
We started the year with a specific plan in place. So far the group is staying on course, keeping the pace, and doing well.
We are now at the halfway point for the season. It's very important that every swimmer improve by doing their absolute
best on every day basics. Attendance also needs to improve, especially on Wednesday mornings! We're still having prob-
lems getting Mom or Dad out of Bed, so rise and shine! We're looking forward to seeing you at one morning practice per
week. Remember this is the only time available to train for the long course.
See you at the pool!
