apologies to all of you "swimmer of the month" fans, who have been waiting
anxiously for our next installment ….. After logging many long hours in front of my computer (I can feel your sympathy while writing this - haha), here is the swimmer of the month feature for February and March 2008, which takes into consideration many exciting and standout moments for both the P1 and ND groups. These two months were extremely busy with Central regions, Provincials and Pittsburgh. Many

For
our National Development and Provincial 1 swimmers, the Central Region Champs
on Feb 28, at the Olympium, the Provincial Championships on March 2 in London,
along with a trip on March 6 to compete in Pittsburgh for their Age Group Championships

As
the saying goes "Rome was not built in a day" and this statement rings
very true for both the members of the National Development and Provincial 1 groups.
We have slowly started to gain some momentum over the past month with a steady
increase in the number of practices per week, along with the amount of mileage
