who is a former Danish National Team swimmer with more than 18 years of
coaching experience and is currently the Head Coach for the Oakville Masters
Swim Club.

The Oakville Masters Morning programme provides personalized
intensive coaching for both fitness swimmers and tri-athletes.
Membership is capped to ensure that the swimmers receive personalized
instruction.
Focusing on strokes, technique, endurance,
pacing, sighting, strength and swimming efficiency. Total distance will be between 1000- 3000
meters |
