Attention Age Group National swimmers -
There have been changes to training and warm up times in Calgary. For those of you not traveling with the team please check with Alex as to when OAK swimmers will meet for a training session on Tuesday and Wednesday. You can also check for updates at www.swimming.ca and click on the AG Nationals logo.
A few specific reminders for all swimmers:
1. Please bring some form of photo id - health card and student card are two examples. You must have photo id in case of drug testing.
2. For any swimmer taking medication - there is a medical form that must be filled out and signed by your physician that you will have to bring with you if you are drug tested. |
