Governance - Annual Meeting

The CSCA holds it’s Annual General Meeting (AGM) at a date and time that is determined by the Board of Directors. The exact date, location and time is announced in accordance with our ByLaws.

The AGM is held for the purpose of conduction elections for to the Board of Directors, presenting reports from the president and committees, approval of the financial statements, appointment of the auditors and other general business.
