Registration also includes welcome social and breakfast keynote on both Friday and Saturday mornings.  Tickets to the BC Swimming Awards Banquet are included for the first 100 BC registered coaches who choose this option during registration.

The Westin Resort & Spa, Whistler is located just off the main Whistler Village area, near the driving range.  The CSCA has secured a limited room block at The Westin for attendees of the Conference.  If you have issues booking a room please contact Chris HW at chris@csca.org

These rates are based on single or double occupancy and include free internet for the duration of your stay (savings of $24.95 / day).  Parking is not included and is $34 / night (self park) and $38 / night (valet). 

 

Room bookings, and changes, must be made by August 29, 2022.  Please do not book extra rooms that you may not need.  Before cancelling a room please contact Chris HW (chris@csca.org) to see if there is someone that can use the room.

 

*If you are part of the Carded Coaches meetings Swimming Canada will be making your hotel bookings for the duration of the conference weekend and will be in touch with you regarding details for shared payments. 

 

Getting to Whistler:

 

Whistler is approx. 2 hours from downtown Vancouver.  Plan accordingly.

While you are in Whistler you DO NOT need a car!  If you choose to rent a vehicle and drive to Whistler YVR is serviced by all major rental companies. 

 

There are many options for shuttle service directly from YVR, or Downtown Vancouver, to Whistler and return. 

 

1.     YVR Skylynx ($45 one way and $65 return. That is LESS than two nights of parking!).
